SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Standard shipping is free for orders over 199 EUR within Italy.

For shipments to all countries in Zone A of the European Union, shipping is free for orders of 199 EUR or more.

Order processing times are 24–48 hours, excluding weekends (e.g., if you order on Friday, your order will be prepared on Saturday and shipped the following Monday).

Delivery via UPS Express.

Shipments to Italy arrive very quickly. After the package is shipped, it usually takes 3–5 business days; in some cases, delivery may be delayed by 1–2 additional days for more remote areas, but such delays are very rare.

If your order is less than 199 euros, the shipping fee is 9.9 euros.

We process every order directly from our store in Milan. We manually prepare and ship each package to ensure accuracy, speed, and full control over every shipment.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are processed on the next business day.

We ship via UPS Express.

* Italy: delivery in 3–5 business days

* Europe: delivery in 3–6 business days

In rare cases, for remote areas or during periods of high demand, delivery times may be extended by 1–2 days.

* €9.90 for orders under €199

Europe:

(Zone A): Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain

* Free shipping on orders over €199

* €14.90 for orders under €199

Europe (Zone B): Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Romania, Sweden

* €19.90 shipping fee.

Shipments outside the EU

For shipments to countries outside the EU (e.g., United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, United Kingdom, etc.), the cost starts at €59.99.

Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility and depend on the destination country.

The cost may vary based on the number of items or the volume of the shipment.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once the package is shipped, you will receive the UPS tracking number via email and WhatsApp to track the shipment in real time.

If you do not receive the email, please check:

* your spam folder

* that the email address was entered correctly

* whether your inbox is full

If you encounter any issues, please contact us and we will resolve them quickly.

Delivery and Recipient Absence

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will make a second attempt or leave instructions for rescheduling the delivery.

Alternatively, you can:

* have the package delivered to a neighbor

* pick it up at a UPS location

If you encounter any issues, you can contact us directly: we track every shipment until delivery.
