Exchanges & Returns – Italy

At Pleasures Milano, you’re free to choose what you really want.
If for any reason something isn’t right, you can request a return, exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.

We believe in keeping things simple and fair — no tricks, just clear conditions.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

* unused and in perfect condition
* returned with its original packaging
* free from scratches or signs of wear
* with the box intact and not damaged

Please make sure you do not wear or use the item before deciding to return it.

If the product has been opened and the original packaging is missing or damaged, the return will not be accepted.

Important: if a return arrives damaged or not compliant with these conditions, it will be rejected and return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

How to return an item

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email including:
    * order number
    * full name
    * item you wish to return or exchange
2. Pack the item carefully, protecting the original packaging
3. Ship it to:

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is always the responsibility of the customer.

If you prefer, we can arrange a UPS pickup for you:

* cost: €9.90
* this amount will be deducted from your refund

Refunds & exchanges

* If you choose an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped at our expense
* Refunds are issued:
    * to the original payment method
    * or as store credit

We’ll reserve your replacement item and ship it as soon as your return is received.

Exchanges & Returns – Europe & International Orders

For international orders, the same 30-day return policy applies, with some differences regarding shipping.

Return conditions

Items must be returned:

* unused and in perfect condition
* with original packaging intact
* with no signs of wear

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused, and return shipping costs will remain the customer’s responsibility.

Pickup arranged by us (Europe Zone A only)

For selected European areas (Zone A), we can organise collection:

* cost: €14.90
* deducted from your refund

For all other European countries and non-EU destinations, returns must be arranged independently.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

* you can receive a refund
* or choose store credit
